Functions/responsibilities include: - Must have experience writing, formatting, editing and maintaining system and product documentation. Documentation types include technical operations manuals, user manuals, on line help, quick reference guides, etc - Experience with Microsoft products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher. - Experience in working with and developing data flow charts, procedure flow charts, etc.. Other Qualification - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Minimum five years of experience as a technical writer - Strong communication skills - Experience working with a technical team consisting of developers, network engineers, server engineers, etc - Strong proofreading and editing skills - Self-starter with ability to work independently when necessary.
