*Role - SDET/QA Engineer*

*Location - Irvine, CA*

*Duration - 6+ Month Contract*


*Interview Process:* phone then onsite

*Why is the role open*: They are moving away from QA Analysts and going
towards QA Engineers (QA's who have development experience, same as an
SDET).

*Requirements:*

** They like to see candidates from Western Digital & Experian - They have
a few people from their team that they snatched from there. They will be
looking at the years of experience, they also would like to see experience
with several coding/scripting languages (.Net, Javascript, Powershell),
experience with a few different tools.

·          Initially they will start doing lots of analysis (Manual- 70% of
role) until they build framework for automation structure, then Automation
experience comes into play, this person will be building out an automation
suite – *Selenium (automation tool they will be using), C# (is the
language)-* they are a Microsoft shop and everything is written in C# so
they really prefer experience with that language.

·         They just have a POC now- *this person must have this experience
building module phases*

·         This candidate will be *writing framework, writing code not just
scripting.* Their goal is for this person to be eventually doing 100%
automation, unit testing and scripts.

·         Need to have* experience writing framework/coding in: .Net *

·         Must have a *BA Degree*

·         Experience working in a Scrum type environment is a HUGE Plus

·         Load testing experience is a plus
