*Profile : QA (Experience with IVR System)* *Duration : 9 months contract * *Location : Dallas, TX * *Interview :Phone and in-person interview is a must * *Requirements:* - 2+ years of QA/Testing experience with IVR Systems. - Proficiency in software testing, test planning, and unit testing. - SQL Server experience. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment. - Quality Center experience. - Knowledge/experience with at least three of the following: Hammer, LoadRunner, QTP, Test Director/QualityCenter, Bug Tracking, Visual Source Safe, SSIS, MSRS. - Knowledge & experience with at least two of the following: IVR, VoIP , SIP Proxy, Jboss, tomcat, Ubiquity, Weblogic, TCP/IP, T1, SNMP, or SS7. - Knowledge & experience with MS Office Pro (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.). - Agile experience preferred. - Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. This QA Analyst will work on a team of 5 QA Analysts responsible for testing the functionality of a new IVR System that is being developed.
