Must have Middleware experience 2. Javascript Experience 3. XML experience 4. XSD experience 5. XSLT experience 6. Must have extensive data analysis/mapping experience 7. Experience with “Back-end” data processing and batch processing systems, and multi-system integration 8. Excellent meeting facilitation skills – CRITICAL 9. Self-sufficient/self-starter – CRITICAL 10. Works well with Project Managers and requires little direction/takes initiative – CRITICAL 11. Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and structured software development methodologies 12. Fast and efficient, but thorough and methodical 13. Superior time management skills 14. Produces high-quality work, thinking through all scenarios and ensuring complete coverage of requirements 15. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills 16. Ability to multi-task, work on several projects simultaneously 17. Experience writing requirements for large system integration projects 18.
