Customers include Senior Leadership, Application Owners, Enterprise Project Managers, and Business Partners. § Work within teams of Capability, Program, and Project Managers to define system scope and objectives through research, fact-finding analysis, and business requirements review. § Collaborate with customer and technology teams using standard SDLC processes, including Client’s Requirements Solution Analysis process. § Coach, provide feedback, and guide others including project teams, cross-functional teams, and peers. Act as a resource for others with less experience. § Provide guidance on ways to standardize process flows across Clinical Domain to business partners where process steps impact applications. § Translates concepts into practice. § Negotiate, resolve, and prioritize complex issues and conflicting requirements by user groups. § Provide clear, concise explanations and information to others on difficult issues. § Identify innovative solutions to complex business problems and document them in a standard Solution Summary Document format. § Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks. § Estimate and organize own work to meet or negotiate deadlines. § Collaborate in the creation of estimates. § Work to identify common project needs to drive out opportunities for consolidation and reuse. What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? Experience with creating solution design diagrams (ex. BACD, SACD) using industry standard tools (ex.
