Role Prodcution Support Engineer(Java) Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills Ø Experience and knowledge of linux, JAVA, J2EE/JEE,Spring/ATG Ø Strong Experience working in JBoss, Tomcat and Apache servers Ø Excellent problem solving, planning and analytical skills. Ø Expertise in troubleshooting issues across the entire stack - hardware, software, application and network Ø Experience in Deploy and support complex applications Ø Understanding of Infrastructure/Server components Ø Good working knowledge of web based applications and application integration Ø Expereince Interacting with various internal IT support functions, Development, Quality Assurance, Operations and external 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve problems Ø Experience working with various product architects, developers, product managers and customer application experts to arrive at an architectural recommendation Ø Excellent communication skill Ø Knowledge in build tools like ANT and Maven Ø Experience working in CI tools like Jenkins/Hudson Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Ø Experience working in Retail domain.
