Description The SAP HCM Payroll Business Analyst is involved in all aspects of design and implementation of solutions to support the payroll and HR business functions of our clients. In this support role, responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, creating designs and test scenarios, configuring and testing functionality, and managing the daily tasks necessary to implement projects. The SAP Payroll Business Analyst is accountable for the implementation of projects using an in house project methodology and has oversight of the design and configuration activities in partnership with development. Provides strong business application knowledge in working across Information Technology and integrating all business functions to maximize the client's investment in SAP. APPLICATION DESIGN AND DELIVERY:Accountable for application design, configuration, testing and deliveryDevelop business cases in partnership with business Interview business subject matter experts and document requirements Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
