This resource will provide support on graphical mapping, troubleshooting, monitoring of the PI toolset and related JDBC adapter technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: Minimum 7-8 years of experience in SAP PI/PO development, environment administration and support on PI 7.1 or a later release. Must have strong understanding on SAP XI/PI and integration with *successfactors.* Possess a solid understanding of PI/PO technical architecture, infrastructure and interface development, including scripting, configuration, adapters, integrations, testing, administration and monitoring. Monitor and support the PI technical landscape, including communication channel management, queues, configuration and transport processing for test and production environments. Perform PI troubleshooting, analysis, exception handling and reprocessing as needed to maintain reliable day-to-day operations. Perform performance analysis and tuning of PI components and interfaces. Solid database development skills including knowledge of SQL and table design. Experience supporting A2A and B2B interface scenarios across various SAP functional areas.
