Should have excellent working knowledge of Enterprise One installation process, setup and configuration Should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills along with good communication skills *Should have: * Ability to handle Implementation and maintenance of the JD Edwards Enterprise One installations, including day -to -day operations and management, technical support, security management, performance monitoring, capacity planning, backup and recovery planning and Disaster Recovery (DR) execution Provides systems expertise in troubleshooting Enterprise One, World, and third party integration problems. Monitors and tracks system performance, resolves performance problems, and performs performance tuning to optimize application processing. Supports capacity management and planning, including database management, Disk space management and job queue management. Creates and maintains JD Edwards Enterprise One environments, which includes Deployment Servers, configuring Enterprise One CNC and Enterprise One client servers (Citrix, Web). Implements standard security policies and procedures to ensure the standard Enterprise One application security is in place. Installs and manages Enterprise One Service Packs, Tools Releases, ESUs, ASUs and other fixes as appropriate. Participates in backup and recovery planning. Performs other duties as requested.
