Please help me with updated resume ASAP…* *Reply to ra...@talentminds.com <ra...@talentminds.com>* *Position - Cisco UCCE-ICM Engineer (Network Engineer)* *Location - Plano, TX* *Duration - 11+ Months Contract* *Responsibilities:* • Design, implement, and configure Cisco ICM, UCCM, and CCVP contact center solutions. • Provide third level support to Operations and Delivery to drive incident resolution • Recommend improvements in hardware and software to drive platform stability • Perform Sizing and Capacity management of Cisco UCCE elements: · ICM, CCVP, CUCM • Design / enhance scripting of Call Flows, On-Hold Messages, Define Reporting, Monitoring and Alarming requirements • Consult on high severity incidents and complex work orders • Create and maintain documentation as needed such as Technical Design documents, Bill of Materials, etc. • Assist in the planning and implementation of ICM & UCCE upgrades, patches and enhancements. • Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning in voice environment to minimize work disruption. • Consult on preventive maintenance activities to ensure platform stability • Identify opportunities to drive platform efficiencies • Partner with Operations on issues related to ICM-UCCE platforms • Coordinate, test, and implement applications and technology through projects and initiatives. • Proactively manage platform and component life cycle to ensure stability and inter operability (at points of integration) *Basic Qualifications:* • At least 3 years of experience with the Cisco Unified Contact Center System including knowledge of the Central Controller Configuration, ACD and VRU Peripheral Gateway configuration and support, Cisco Call Manager, Configuration Manager, Script Editor, CTI OS. • Bachelor Degree in STEMP or Military Experience • At least 3 years of experience with Design Engineering Capacity Management • At least 3 years of experience installing or designing CISCO Intelligent Contact Management • At least 3 years of experience installing or designing, Cisco Unified Contract Center System, CUCM, CCVP. Cisco VXML Gateways, TCL Scripts *Preferred Qualifications:* • 2 years of experience with Cisco routing & switching • CCVP Certification • CCNP Certification • 2 years of experience with SQL2008 Query -- Thanks & Regards!
