Good or better UX Designer (“User Interface” / “Wireframe” / “Information Architecture”) a. Good portfolio as well (UX designers usually have a portfolio they share for interviews) · Good or better communicator (UX Designers have lots of interaction with users as well as developers, they are in the middle) b. Good personality / team player as well · Good or better technical skills (i.e. Minimum HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, .net, more is a plus) c. Willing to help with coding (primarily UX Designer but wouldn’t mind helping with coding at all - i.e. CSS3, JQuery, Javascript) d.
