Our client has articulated the need for a commercial savvy individual
with proven business development and project management track record to take on 
this challenging role:

COUNTRY MANAGER

Reporting directly to the expatriate Asia Pacific Business Manager, you
will be at the helm of the Indonesian team as you closely work with the
clients, lead ongoing projects, and identify new business opportunities
that would trigger business growth in Indonesia.

Your key challenges include the following:

Customer Facing:

* Develop clear understanding of customer needs and delivering value 
propositions in alignment with overall business growth plan;
* Work in synch with the different level of customer focal points as you will 
be at the helm for all company -client issues and concerns.
* Ensure open communication lines between internal and external clients as well 
as keep client on track on project development.

Business Development: 

* Leverage on your positive relationships with various levels on the client 
side as well as provide intimate knowledge of their business requirements.
* Provide input to country and segment budget planning, phasing and marketing 
plans;
* Gain intimate knowledge of competitors' strategies and tactics, market 
dynamics and intricate customer relationships to address
competition.

Integration:

* Proactively coordinate with other divisions within the company
as you mitigate and find solutions pertaining to upcoming issues.
* Promote any new delivery and opportunity, including planning
with the customers for any upcoming release.
 
Management:

Lead, train, motivate and assign tasks to team members according to
their abilities.  Assume responsibility for team's deliverables and quality.

To best fit, you must be an experienced director and/or senior manager
with a  minimum of ten (10) years experience and proven track record of LEADING 
STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS RELATED PROJECTS (ideally gained from
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING, TELECOMMUNICATIONS  and/or BANKING
industry).  You must also present the following credentials:

* Proven managerial/project management experience including
planning, execution and control skills
* Excellent English communication abilities, both verbal and
written;
* Good CUSTOMER FACING abilities is a MUST
* Excellent convincing abilities at all levels.
* Service oriented and good customer focus;
* Matrix Management experience.
