We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
SENIOR ENGINEER
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5(five) years experience as Senior Engineer.
2. The applicant should have a degree in any of Engineering from a
reputable university and minimum GPA 2.75.
3. Post Graduate from Information Technology (IT) / Information system
(IS) Management would be an advantage.
4. Having experience of knowledge about Enterprise Resources Planning
(ERP) or previous experience in implementing ERP is an advantages (such as :
SAP, Oracle & Microsoft Axapta).
5. Good project/organizational skills, operating as part of a team
organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through
implementation & functional consultation of various systems would be an
advantages, especially an ERP Project such as Microsoft Axapta, SAP, JD Edwards
or Oracle.
6. Familiar with day to day operation of Engineering & Construction,
having strong background and experiences in developing the related procedures.
Role responsibilities:
1. You would be representative from company Business Unit (Engineering &
Construction), responsible for maintaining standards of excellence in defining
related business process flows, proposing some process improvements or
productivity enhancement initiatives for the expected business modeling that
would be implemented through new ERP System..
2. Support company, Function / Business Unit and the ERP Implementation
Team to achieve the overall successful of ERP Implementation.
3. While the new ERP System has been ʽGo-Liveʼ, you will do continuous
system monitoring and improvement, fix system functional issue, including
provide professional opinion and outline recommendations among proposed
alternatives which overall could give significant impact for good business
practices, quality and cost improvements, multi-directional communications and
acceptance of business objective.

2. Team oriented, self motivated and ability to priorities work.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
4.. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Able to effectively
communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and challenging conditions on
cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
6. A ʽcan doʼ attitude, with hands on approach.
