Hi Indro Here's the spec: My client, a European based software company for banking and telecommunication sector, is currently looking for *Technical / Solutions Architect* with the following details: *Job Purpose:* - To realize customer's requirements in software using the appropriate technology and tools - Communicate with the customer and the analysis team to give advice on best solutions from software/system architecture and application component architecture - Provide inputs on alternative solutions to meet the requirements - Ensures delivered system architecture and application architecture meets customer requirement and supporting future-proof requirement. *Primary duties will include:* - Formulate and produce software designs that will meet the high level requirement of customer - Implement software designs using the appropriate software technology and development tools - Ability to implement user interfaces usability for online and web based systems - Have the ability to work with high level and low level software paradigms. This includes being able to implement solutions in a distributed computing environment with real-time/concurrent interfaces to online systems - Use experience in the definition of current and future systems architectures - Able to implement Enterprise Application Integration solutions using middleware solutions using technology as chosen by the customer - Ability to administer and maintain a variety of operating systems databases and GT-X software - Produce formal unit tests that will not only be used to validate the correctness of the software but will also be reused for regression tests - Responsible for system configuration management and release management to production systems including performance management and software profiling - Maintain up to date knowledge of current and emerging software technologies. This knowledge should be used to advise the customer of how to implement optimal solutions as well as new opportunities that the technology may provide the customer. *Qualifications:* - Age 30 to mid 30's, male/female - Educated to university or college where course has a technical background - Min. 3-4 yrs experience in implementing software solutions using computer languages such as C, C++ or Java - Fundamentals of software engineering - Concurrent, multi threaded programming and network programming - Object oriented design using UML as well as object oriented development - Ability to implement Enterprise Application Integration solutions using technology such as J2EE, .NET, SOA, CORBA, COM, XML and GT-X Service Objects - Detailed knowledge of operating systems such as UNIX, Linux and Windows Server including shell script programming - Implement front end interfaces using Web, Javascript, Active X and Java bean technology using tools that include C Sharp, Java, and Delphi - Database design, implementation and thorough knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL - Detailed knowledge of all aspects of the GT-X product set including Version 6 and Version 7 - Strong communication skills, and proficient in written and spoken English.
