Responsible for providing support to clients and partners.
The position requires the staff to provide training course to and work as
technical consultant for clients and partners.
General requirements:
1. Male
2. Minimum diploma degree in Computer Engineering or related study
3. 1 year experience as technical support and trainer
4. Have significant exposure to the telecommunication, manufacturing,
retail & distribution, and banking & finance industries
5. Fast learner, independent yet able to work in team
6. Must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities under
minimum supervision
Skill requirements:
1. Extensive knowledge about Internet technology
2. OS: Linux RedHat, Windows 2000 Advance Server
3. Various computer network configurations and hardware (server)
4. Language: HTML, XML, Java, C/C++
5. Database: MySQL, Microsoft SQL 2000

ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

Responsible for developing company's revenue, partners and customers
satisfaction and market share goals for assigned and new accounts.
General requirements:
1. Reputable university graduate in IT and/or Marketing
2. 1 year experience as major account sales especially in solutions, system
integration, and networking with good selling record
3. Excellent verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
4. Extensive IT and business process (business automation) knowledge
5. Good presentation and negotiation skill
6. Strong personal relationship capability
7. Have significant exposure to the telecommunication, manufacturing,
retail & distribution, and banking & finance industries
