mungkin aplikasi di Apache yg gak bener jadi bikin hang.
Udah instal XAMPP di Win2003 hampir 6 bulan gak pernah restart tuh!
padahal jalanin 6 aplikasi web lokal yg semuanya pakai DB MySQL.
