Marketing Officer (IMO) Job Description:
1. Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. 2. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to determine the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and identify potential customers. Job Requirement: Technical: 1. Have excellent knowledge and posses technical skill in: - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) - Adobe Photoshop and/or CorelDraw 2. Familiar with marketing process below: a. Telemarketing & Direct Sales. b. Market Research. c. Customer Service. d. Advertising and Promotion. 3. Familiar with internet & e-mail. General: 1. Bachelor degree in marketing, computer science, engineering or any relate fields. 2. Good communication, negotiation and presentation skill in Indonesia and English (oral and written). 3. Sound understanding of wireless technologies, e-commerce and/or e-finance fields and enthusiastic to learn new things. 4. Creative, innovative, discipline and responsible. 5. Able to work alone or within a project-dedicated team.
