We are multinational in telecommunication service industry with
headquartered in Paris. Due to our rapid business growth, we are now

*IT Helpdesk, Call Center Manager*
Job Description : (Base in Jakarta, Menara Jamsostek)
Responsible for the attainment of client and internally set goals,
efficiency targets and overall team performance.
Analyzes agent performance and develops action plan to bridge gaps.
Performs consistent and effective coaching sessions to address performance
gaps and managing the expectation & escalation.
*Qualifications:*
*Having minimum 4-5 years experiences in Customer Services, Call Center
Industries and Helpdesk Support is highly preferred*
Excellent comprehension skills (Local Bahasa and English can quickly
translate vice-versa)
Diploma/Bachelor degree in Information Technology from a reputable
university
Having good knowledge and skills in troubleshoot on computer hardware,
operating system, internet, network peripherals (Level 2,3)
Must be good and well versed with MS Office, particularly excel &
powerpoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively deliver updated program and process changes.
Good management skills and multi-tasking ability.
Respond to and manage high stress situations.
Committed and consistent.
Performance driven.
