Requirements for Programmer : - Job Description: To join our team to develop new interfaces and new applications using Progress Technology (www.progress.com) and .Net Technology Programming Experience: Good knowledge of Net programming (VB.Net, Asp.Net) Other Requirements: * Familiar with SQL * Familiar with object oriented development * Have knowledge of UML * You must like programming * Willing to work hard and to learn new technologies Requirements for Dokumentator : - Assist in preparation and creation of any analysis and design documentation such as feasibility study document, User Functional Requirement Document, System Requirement Specification document, etc. - Able to organize, log and keep track of all project related documentation - Experienced in performing requirements gathering, analysis and specifications - Strong knowledge of the SDLC methodology - Understand and experienced in assisting system analyst in creating technical design documentation such as all UML Diagram. - experience developing technical documentation specifically Systems Design and Requirements documents including UML diagrams in Visio, PowerPoint, Rational Rose, MS Excel and MS Office - Experienced in creating user manual. - Exposed to Object Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object Oriented Development (OOD/OOAD) background - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to interact with a broad range of Technical and non-Technical audiences - Excellent document management/formatting skills; requires exceptional knowledge of document management. - Creative, innovative and self motivated and proof oriented mindset. - Able to work under pressure and work independently as well as in team.
