bolah gak program php jalan seperti aplikasi biasanya tanpa masuk ke control
panelnya apache?atau xamp?supaya gak harus melalui control panel...tinggal klik
jalan programnya dan dibuat shortcut Terima-kasih sudah mengirimkan e-mailnya.

Sudah coba jalankan lagi servicenya ?
Kalo teteap tidak bisa...mungkin ada web server lain yang jalan...kalo
Windows...suspect utama biasanya IIS....
untuk nge-check Kalo IIS jalan....buka browser...terus ketik aja localhost...
kalo keluar sesuatu...berarti IIS jalan...
matikan IIS....kemudian jalankan kembali service apache...
