Hi All,
In Acrobat Pro I can select the Advanced//Forms//Page
Templates menu option and set a “Name” to the current page.
This process adds a “Names” dictionary
containing a “Pages” dictionary containing a “Names”
array to the Catalog.
Could someone please give me some clues on how

Designer created templates are subjected to other rules the iText only
follows with filling fields. If you flatten the template, and loose all the
Designer traits, adding text and images will work. By the way, if you want
to keep it on the Designer world, your major Decision is an easy one: you'
