You can use iText to create PDFs that work with the first version
of iText; and you can create PDFs that work with the latest version.

Can anyone tell me the required version of Acrobat for the latest iText
release?
I have an app that works fine under Acrobat 9 Pro but returns a "file is
damaged and can not be repaired" error under 7 pro. I'm guessing that's
too old a version for the reader.
The generated PDF is quite simple
