original question. Besides not harassing me for my lack of experience
with Java notation, the list has been extremely helpful in providing
quick answers to any questions asked. Great to see such a strong
community around iText,
Thanks very much. Together with Mark's description, this has totally
cleared things up. This is a great example and was reason enough for me

Hi Zia !
My quick guess is that your signing certrificate has no valid certificate chain
to a wellknown root. Who's the issuer of your certificate ?
Alternatively post your signed PDF.
