I have another Problem in AcroForm PDF.
When I click on Submit button than it will be display the error
"Error opening URL to submit this form"..
What can I do for solve this issue?

I had the same problem, using an old version of iText (1.3.1), I upgraded to
version 5.1.1 and it was fixed.

It seems that some margin or padding is applied twice on a table. You
could try putting a negative margin or padding in css. I don't know what
effect that would have though :D
