Hi,
We have a situation where we are in need to compress the PDF files generated by
an Oracle Application. The PDF files generated by this application are getting
to a point we cannot deliver them via email. What I would like to know is if
there is a way to use itext api's to take an existing PDF file and
reduce/compress the size of the PDF file and still retain the quality of text
and a basic University Logo that appears on the page. I really do not need too
much of the embedded content in the PDF. If I can get what I see on the PDF
viewer I would consider that to be a success. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks.
