I manage a site that is using ITEXT for creating PDF's. The current environment that we have is two WebSphere Application Servers 4.0.3 with the IBM HTTP Server on the same machine. These servers have 2 real IP's and are bound to a Load Balancer with a Virtual IP and its respective DNS name. We also have an Application Server Group with the appropriate clones configured. The problem that we are seeing is that the PDF is not created when the URL is hitting our virtual DNS name. However, it works fine when we hit the link using one of the servernames.
Any ideas, suggestions or caveats will be extremely appreciated. Thank you very much for your help and the wonderful product that you are offering.
