I have used the PDFDictionary to successfully rotate the pages to 90, 180 or 270 degrees. How can I rotate it to something like 15 degrees? I am trying to use some Hough Transformation Algorithm to detect the skew of the page and want to be able to correct the angle of the page by the outcome of the algorithm (which could be any number)? Is this possible and how?
