Hello,

I'm trying to create a PDF/A-1b through iTextSharp and I got it.
Nevertheless, when I validate it against Acrobat appears an error:

Profile: Verify compliance with PDF/A-1b (Processed pages 1 to 3)
Results (Summary)
Error
Syntax problem: Indirect object “obj” keyword not followed by an EOL marker
PDF version number: "1.4"
File size (KB): 146.6
Producer: "iTextSharp 4.1.2 (based on iText 2.1.2u)"
Created: "03/04/2009 11:48"
Modified: "03/04/2009 11:48"
Trapping: "Unknown"
Number of plates: 4
Names of plates: "(Cyan) (Magenta) (Yellow) (Black) "
Environment
Preflight, 9.1.0 (064)
Acrobat version: 9.10

I have seen in the previous posts that it's a bug that has been fixed on
iText (Java version) and can be used from .NET through IKVM (complicated
work-around).
Moreover, the new iTextSharp version solving it was expected for
January/February.

Is there news about it? When will be available a new iTextSharp version
avoiding this validation error?
Thanks!

Sergi
