[iText-questions] Eliminating white space in a table

I'm having trouble with eliminating so much white space in between rows of cells in my PDF document.  My table has 5 cells per row.  When I have filled multiple rows, the white space in between rows is too much, causing things to run over into a second page.

Does anyone know how to cut down on this white space without changing the font?
