Not sure if the word 'appurtenance' can be used
as a synonym for attachment (I had to look it up
before I understood what you meant).
Also please use a subject that tells us what the
question is about.
As for your question, it's not clear what you mean.
If you mean "How did I set this PageBorder?", you
already know the answer, because you have the source
code that made that sample, whereas we can only guess.
If I run my own 'Hello World' examples for RTF, I don't
see such a border.
Maybe you mean "How do I set this PageBorder?"
That would be a question for our RTF specialist Mark
Hall, in which case you have to put the word RTF in
the Subject line.
