Could you tell me which is the difference between the two kind of
signatures? I've tried to understand the differences of the signatures
looking at PDF 1.6 reference but I've not see differences between the
signature of a static form and the signature of a dynamic form.

Only simple, static forms generated with Designer are supported.
You can fill them, and that's all. You can't change properties
and other stuff. More support for Designer generated forms is
not to be expected in the near fut

I've used the electronic signatures examples in
http://itextpdf.sourceforge.net/howtosign.html
and they work right with itextsharp (v 3.1.5 .)
But when I try to sign a simple PDF file generated from Adobe
Livecycle Designer 7 and saved as dynamic PDF, the signature is not
stamped in the do
