Hi,
while packaging ivtv 0.3.x I found two things:
a) the required tuner.ko modle (for PVR 150/500) will conflict with
v4l's tuner module. Just like for msp3400 I renamed it for the rpms

modprobe.conf file to get ivtv's tuner.

Issue-wise this is rather small, but I thought some might find it
interesting.
Recently I was attempting to create some DVDs with the nuv files
generated by MythTV (v.16). Upon playing the DVDs I found that the
audio would get out of sync. The audio would be fine at the start of
the show, bu

One problem I'm finding on VBI, the iTVC16 doesn't work with
sliced VBI like the iTVC15 does. Something different in the

In December, Kevin Thayer released a beta xine ivtv plugin.
Unfortunately, it only works on the ivtv-0.2.0rc1a. Has there been any
progress to get this to work with the latest stable version? xine would
be really nice to use for DVD playing out the PVR 350 since it can do

I found out what caused the crash!
I had entered 768x576 as resolution in MythTV instead of 720x576
When changing to 720x576 everything works like it should.
Shouldn't the driver handle this type of things in a better way than
crashing :)
