Are there any DMA messages in your log files?
I fought with this for awhile... I ended up putting a NVidia 5200 in my box and
ditching the 350's TV-Out.
In my case, it worked way back in FC1 and an older ivtv version - I also recall
that ivtvdev was different back then.

Wow! There is actually someone else out there with this problem! ;) I
started thinking it was just me and my friend being the only two in
the world for a sec.
Anyway, yes, I'm running an older Dell GX110 which is a P3-667 or
something. My friends is not a dell, just a Celeron 533. So yeah, I

I just bought a PVR-150 to replace my ATI TV Wonder VE, and after a bit
of tweaking and applying the patch mentioned on this list, I've got
both video and audio working perfectly with MythTV. Compared to the
ATI, the quality is amazing.
The only issue I've noticed is that I'm missing about 5%

Hi,
Does anyone have the PVR 150 MCE tuner data sheet (LG TAPE H001F

Hi,
After using an old and stable driver for about a year, it was time to try
out a newer one, I've attached the few changes I had to make to the driver
for my user level code to work, here's an explanation of what needed
doing:
- FWAPI ioctl, this is used by both the vdr analogtv and pvr350 pl

This document is likely for developers who are using
the iTVC15/16 chips in embedded designs which are
running Linux. In other words, developers who will
pay at least $10,000 for the specifications/source
code, and who will buy chips in volume from Conexant.

Sure I knew that, but I find it interesting that conexant supports linux
with their mpeg2 encoder IC's when it suits them, see the following

Hi!
as far as i know these datasheets are confidential, it would have made things
much more easier for the developers if they would hava accecc to these
datasheets :-((
But if someone is really e-mailing them to you, I would really appreciate to
get them also e-mailed from you.

If anyone can e-mail me with this would be good - I would like the full
thing - not just the product brief that is available on the conexant web
site.
Also the full firmware API reference manual would be very handy too.
Thanks

I'm having a lot of problems with the backend crashingm abd various

I suspect most of these problems are related to the ivtv driver module,
so I decided to try building a new one. I d

There have been threads about the possibility of getting a way to play MPG4
files (and others I assume) over the PVR350 tv-out. If I remember well, it
has to do with YUV something.
I would be very much interested in this happening, and I think quite a few
people share the feeling. So, here is
Hello,
Hope I'm on the right list for this...
I'm trying to debug a problem with new PVR-350's. Both a friend of
mine and I bought them, built similar (but not same) boxes, and have
debian (KnoppMyth), and in my case, I'm now on Kernel 2.6.10 + ivtv
0.3.2d. I've tried both 0.2latest and 0.3 ivt
