Your busid is illegal. Change
BusID "PCI:0:0x8:1"
To be the correct busid for your 350 in decimal.
Probably what the error message says
BusID "PCI:1:0:0"
But if you believe your busid is correct then
BusID "PCI:0:8:1"

When I try to install the new ivtvdev for X I'm get an error when I try

I have a PVR150-MCE also (PAL), type 38. I have perfect picture (seems
better now than ever before - which could be just me wanting this to be
true) and great sound through a Creative Labs SB Audigy card, using

Just adding my 2 cents worth - I have 0.3.3e installed with a PAL
PVR150-MCE, type 58 tuner and get good video and tinny sound that is like
someone talking down a tube. Prior to 0.3.3e I was using 0.3.2q and the
sound was good.
I have had sound since adding the qss=0 option to modprobe.conf -
