Brian, The make install step for ivtv should tell you that there are duplicate file names and that you need to remove them. What I've done is just erase them. They are all in /lib/modules/KERNEL so I figured I could get them back again by doing a make modules_install in the kernel source tree.I

You might want to make a symlink from HcwFalcn.rom to ivtv-fw-enc.bin in case at some point the driver looks for HcwFalcn.rom rather than ivtv-fw-enc.bin if the 150 and 350 firmware ever deviate, and then you know that your using HcwFalcn.rom rather than the pvr350/250 firmware or whatever. J
