Hi,
I have looked at the README.vbi and installed the latest ivtv drivers. I
have the following line in my /etc/rc.local:
/usr/bin/ivtvctl -w wss,cc,vps
I believe from reading this that the CC data should be going to the TV out
on my PVR350 at this point. Unfortunately, I don't seem to see
Brian,
The make install step for ivtv should tell you that there are
duplicate file names and that you need to remove them. What I've done
is just erase them. They are all in /lib/modules/KERNEL so I figured I
could get them back again by doing a make modules_install in the
kernel source tree.I

You might want to make a symlink from HcwFalcn.rom to ivtv-fw-enc.bin in
case at some point the driver looks for HcwFalcn.rom rather than
ivtv-fw-enc.bin if the 150 and 350 firmware ever deviate, and then you
know that your using HcwFalcn.rom rather than the pvr350/250 firmware or

I posted a while back about a firmware read error I

Just wanted to update the list that I got it working.
Turns out that the firmware that I extracted from
files posted on the ivtv wiki must have been borked

All the 350 stuff is working properly. I believe there
