Subject: [jabberd2] jabebrd2 dies when is enabled in sm.xml
Da
I am noticing that all jabberd2 processes die upon first client
connection when is enabled. Here is my sm.xml... long:
divxcorp.com
/usr/local/jabber/var/jabberd/pid/sm.pid
127.0.0.1
5347
jabberd
password
Hmm when I launch my client, the "to" column for all of my contacts goes
from 1 to 0. My client is Pidgin for Linux. Any idea why this would be?

In my search for a way to pre-populate each user's roster, I found out
about the "roster.xml" file. According to what I've read, I should be
able to populate that and in turn everyone in that list will show up in
each user's roster. I tried putting 2-3 users in there but they're not
showing up when
I have implemented jabberd2 with LDAP authentication. I'd like to
auto-populate the roster so all employees are in the buddy list for each
client.
Could someone guide me to a howto or some documentation for something
like this?
Thanks
Gary
