Hej,
I found the problem! It's a bit weird...
Thanks for the hint Alexander. I just opened the file with Notepad++ and
found the "_markedentry" fields. The problem is that I open JabRef on
different computers with different usernames "jan" or "jstelling". This
username is set somehow automatica
Could not find such an option.
Jan, where did you look for this "hidden entry"? Just inside Jabref BibTeX
window? Of course, here it is invisible, as it is
"hidden". For this case, you have to open the .bib file with an ordinary text
editor and look for the text. Maybe you have to be
aware of d
is the special marked entry stuff a user custom entry, or is it part of
the basic system (probably with a clickable box or configuration
setting)?

Hi!
I am using the latest SVN version, and for me the information is saved
directly to the bib file as a "hidden entry" (__markedentry) within the
corresponding entry:
@BOOK{Adams1981,
title = {Per Anhalter durch die Galaxis},
publisher = {Rogner und Bernhard},
year = {1981},

Hej,
I'm just wondering where JabRef save the information about the marked
entries (entry itself and color) in the bib files. I'm working on two
computers and when I take my data home to have a look there the database
is the same, but the marked entries are missing.
Does anyone have a clue?
