Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I created a small tool to synchronize a paper collection with arXiv and DOI. I designed it to work well together with JabRef. Basically it finds the arXiv/doi identifiers in the pdfs and synchronizes the metadata automatically (missing entries are added).

I wrote it as a script since I needed something quickly which works together with JabRef and Git for management of the bibtex file and the papers. I also tried Mendeley but I prefer smaller tools.
