This works great! One thing to note is that you can change the format(pattern)
under Import in the Preferences. Then under the Default PDF file link action
you can designate the Filename format pattern.

I think, the "Cleanup Entries" functionality is that what you search
for. It's Quality/Cleanup Entries in the latest version at
http://builds.jabref.org/master. Just push CTRL+SHIFT+F7 to open it.
