I was planning to release the beta yesterday but the website is down at the
moment because the domain company Enom was down while they were working on
their name servers, possibly due to an attack.
Although Enom is back up, the website nameservers will need some time to
resolve.

Since the code is generated, I'd prefer one library. Several samples will need

Great work Kiste, time to fix those typos. You can add your name to the library
somewhere.
When I originally created this I didn't think anyone would use it, it was just
a fun lib to create at the time. I guess my bit array library is more useless.

I have to agree with Vasi. Keep JAL syntax as it is, don't make it more like C.
I think we are here because JAL is not C.

Hi, our build process says to delete the DOC folder from jallib-1.5.0beta.zip.

It is in jallib_full-1.5.0beta.zip
I believe the reason is that it is too large, and some people don't have fast
internet connections. I'll have to check how it was done last time.
That's the right one.. The same as the one I recently uploaded, but we got a

else change?

I did make it a new library as the current lib is good as it is. I got it
running last night using a timer interrupt switching 3 displays.
I have it set at 100hz switching at the moment, but the user may choose another
freq if they desire. I'll test other freq.

8 bit timer was more accurate for me likely due to my implementation. I used
timer interrupts for the count (to step a variable). A 8 bit timer interrupts
more often, at a count of 0xFF instead of 0x.

Not sure if you can run a 2nd timer instead of using an external 1hz signal. I
just figured a 1hz signal would make my sample fairly accurate.
The other sample of mine uses the osc in pin

This pin is not used in the sd card lib, but can be used in the sample, for
example, if you want to list the fat32 directory as soon as the sd card is
inserted.
Remove it, see if you get any errors.
The only case i can think of that doing so would make the code work incorrectly

Hi Rob, i didn't setup the sample for 8 bit timer, maybe we need another
sample, or to fix the current one.
Please update the lib and commit if you have a 16 bit timer working.
I disagree, and argue that the user will need to set prescaler. Maybe this
isn't user friendly, but timers are not. It

Why do you need DMX? Are there other ways of doing what you need?
I2c has device addressing, or you can use serial or spi with the SLIP library
to send packets.
I don't know much about DMX, which is why i ask.

Buildbot sent us log files with the failure message to the group. I don't see
anything useful.
I don't have any way of triggering a new build with buildbot.
I'll have to manually run the build bee script without Buildbot to see what
doesn't validate or compile.

Hi Rob, i've been meaning to check Buildbot. Seems we haven't heard anything in
a while. I think it is stopping on its own.
I'll check the sd card libs/samples, thanks.
The lib i took out temporarily was usb_msd, but it works now. I may need to
check it for the error you found.

Correction... I don't think it was in the old SVN. I wonder where this came
from.
After these are fixed, I will try to validate all samples again.

Are there currently a lot of things using the max7219 lib? If not, I don't see
why things would have to be changed.
