I want to use a crosstab, so need ot use subdatasource, and I want to use javabean collection as datasource, is there any way to pass parameter to the javabean collection datasource in Java?

I can create a variable, for example, $V{PAGES}, but this variable always is
0 or null.
Besides, somebody can use variable $V{PAGE_NUMBER} to show the column footer
in the last page?

i am trying to display a watermark in my page.
so i placed my image in background band,but it showed the
image on the top of page...so i streched the Background band size
to my page size and kept it in centre
is there is any other way to display the water
