We are looking for Senior Technical Project Manager-Infrastructure for a Major healthcare Industry.
Location: CA Duration: 1 Year+ The Technical PM will be responsible for oversight and implementation of medium to large scale technology projects from inception through implementation and maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable for successful project delivery through active relationship management, project oversight, and budget monitoring Plan and conduct project kickoff meetings; define project scope; facilitate technical/operational requirements; develop detailed project plans; track/manage projects to successful completion; communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders; provide leadership to cross-functional project teams, and maintain project documentation Negotiate with internal resource managers to provide qualified and trained resources on a timely basis, to support clients with subject matter experts, and demonstrate project leadership Work with leadership to build detailed project cost estimates, identify critical assumptions and risks, and develop Statements of Work for new opportunities Interact with Development, Release Management, QA, Infrastructure, and other Application Support teams for infrastructure updates and project impacts Effectively communicate project status and risk across the SIC organization SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Integration with SSL Certificate Management Systems, establishing security protocols for a B2B gateway, and SLA Enforcement programs. 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or professional services Project Management certification a plus 5+ years of recent experience in business process, information systems analysis, and technology consulting associated with the Integration Management domain area Deep technical knowledge of Web Service related hardware and software, including J2EE, .NET, Web Services, SOA, WebSphere MQ Knowledge of WebSphere Application Server, Datapower, WebSphere Services Registry and Repository (WSRR), ITCAM for SOA, PKI, WS-Security, SAML and various web services standards are a plus Thorough understanding of change management process and tools, ex. StarTeam, CVS, Remedy Must be able to handle multiple simultaneous projects, demonstrate a sense of ownership to drive projects to completion on schedule, and be successful in a collaborative environment. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver distributed, enterprise solutions Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills Priority will be given to candidates with healthcare experience Priority will be given to candidates with experience with the following: Integration with SSL Certificate Management Systems, establishing security protocols for a B2B gateway, and SLA Enforcement programs.
