Hi,
You need to have rampart, trust mars and libs at the client end too. Best
way is to look at the rampart samples [1]. This is the sample05 client [2]
used in a WS-Trust scenario. You can look into this blog post [3] where it
is explained how to write a dynamic client.

Can you please fix the permission in the directory mentioned in the
subject, i.e. make all files and directories group writable? Probably
you forgot to do a "umask 0002" when you published the site for the
last Rampart release.
