Hi, Karl!
I had the same problem on Netbeans 6.5 and to solve it I had to:
1) Click Services Tab (it's the new name of Runtime Tab)
2) Right-click Glassfish V2 (which is the App Server that I have been using in
the exercises)
3) Click Properties in the popup menu
4) Check "Enable HTTP Monitor" c
If ur using windows, the easiest way is
1) click ur browser window and press Ctrl+PrintScreen
2) Open any image editor, click paste and save as .jpg.
You can also try a tool called Zapgrab. Just Google it.
Thanks,
Suhrid.

Chetana,
If you're using Windows simply select the browser window, do
alt+ctrl+shift+PrntScn (takes a bit of learned dexterity but it can be done
with little practice), start Paint and do a Edit->Copy. Then save as your image
type of choice (most appropriate IMO is jpg).
Hope this helps,
Karl
Chetana,
Keyboard aree PrintScreen manche button uss pale , the press karee. Magiri
MS-Paint open kornu , Ctrl - V press karee.. Thit lenchee - to be able to

You can just use paint. I use the free paint.net http://www.getpaint.net/
alt - Print Screen, or just Print Screen. Ctrl-v in the
aforementioned application. Save as jpeg.
