I dont know any such software, but one way to capture the screen is :
With help of PrtSc button on the keyboard.
or ctrl+ alt+ prtsc
After capturing the screen you can paste it in Word doc.

If you're using Windows simply select the browser window, do
alt+ctrl+shift+PrntScn (takes a bit of learned dexterity but it can be done
with little practice), start Paint and do a Edit-Copy. Then save as your image
type of choice (most appropriate IMO is jpg).

In Earlier versions it used to be runtime tab, now it is 'Services'. If you
don't see this tab on ur left use this way:

If ur using windows, the easiest way is
1) click ur browser window and press Ctrl+PrintScreen
2) Open any image editor, click paste and save as .jpg.
You can also try a tool called Zapgrab. Just Google it.
