I'm on lab #4003: JSP Basics.
I'm working from a remote location today and attempts to run the hello1 project
from NetBeans I'm getting an error as such:

conflict occured on port 3820 . Server is shutting down.|#]
Is there a rule of thumb for adjusting this?
