Hi Alex. The best JEE books I've ever read are http://java.sun.com/javaee/5/docs/tutorial/doc/ and all necessary specifications. Java EE consists of the number technologies and specifications as a result it's very difficult(almost impossible) to cover all of them in one book. IMHO at the begining
