I have found a solution.
I have scrolled down Libraries folder and noted that GlassFish is missing.
As the original project is locked for edition I couldn't add this missing GlashFish.
I have solved the problem by just coping the original project Hello2 under the name Hello2a and automatically the GlashFish in Libraries folder is available.
I had not any problems to run the project.
Now I use NB 6.7.1
I hope it will help to other people.

Configuration seems to be ok.
Have you checked that you has the file
org-netbeans-modules-java-j2seproject-copylibstask.jar ?
Check it in this path:
C:\Program Files\Netbeans 6.5.1\java2\ant\extra
Which bundle did you download? Make sure you have downloaded a bundle that includes app server GlashFish v2.1 (I suppose you did it). See attached file. You have to choose bundle "java" or "all".
