Hi- I noticed a very similar problem with an example in "CoreJava, 1.1", v. 2. While the selection goes ONTO the system clipboard as whatever you declare it to be, it comes OFF the system clipboard as a: "sun.awt.motif.X11Selection.class" I don't know whether this is a bug or a feature. ;-) T

jdk1.1.5: Using jdb under Linux

Hello, I've been trying to get jdb running under jdk1.1.5 under Linux, with no luck. Has anybody gotten this working? First I type: javac -g Layout.java then: jdb Layout, from the JDE/Debug option Emacs then says: "Initializing jdb..." and nothing more. Has anybody gotten this to work? T
