I seem to remember using the Code Generator plugin, and I vaugely remember the
Service Archiver.
Anyway, here is another problem I just disccovered; these Eclipse plugins can't
be downloaded for v1.5.1; i.e. t

in axis2.xml there is:
org.apache.axis2.jaxws.dispatchers.MustUnderstandValidationDispatcher
It uses org.apache.axis2.jaxws.dispatchers.MustUnderstandUtils
to get a list of QNames of headers that are then set as understood.
The list of QNames can be in these parameters:
- axisService.ge
There is a known issue with the build of release 1.5. The reason is
that java.net changed their repositories after we did the release.
This is not something we can fix on our side.

In other words –axis2 might still not be maven 3.0 or 3.0-SNAPSHOT ready
