I experience a problem with a Web Service java client written using Axis2
(1.6.2).
The client generates a SOAP message that is valid (and, by using soapUI, has
been verified to result in a valid web service request).

Wondering if there are any good tutorials/examples on how to send
attachments via local transport? Or can anyone confirm if this indeed is
